A human life is a story told by God. ~ Hans Christian Andersen
We only ask for your thoughts and prayers for Megan and Brent tonight. Nothing more. May they find peace and comfort knowing that so many wonderful people are thinking of them.
I do not think it is my place to make any announcements or give any details. Megan's brother has posted a couple of times on Facebook. The family is together and surrounding M & B in love.
Thank you all for following Cohen's Story. The love, prayers, and support have been so appreciated.
Truly sorry to hear of this loss. Can't imagine the pain that you are all going through. I am devestated to hear of this news. God bless Cohen's family.
ReplyDeleteI am so sad to hear about Cohen. I can't even begin to know how you both must feel. My heart aches for you both. Just know that Cohen is fully healed and is with our dear Lord and Savior. I know the next few weeks will be difficult but know that God loves you and surrounds his love all round you.
ReplyDeleteLinda from Texas.
I know you say it isn't your place to make announcements from this point forward and I, as well as I'm sure many others, respect that. I caught the post on here that Megan's brother left and then it was gone from here and I haven't seen any updates about what actually happened or even if Baby Cohen has indeed gone to see Jesus. I would like to know if and when there are arrangements so that I could donate. And this is selfish, as I can't imagine what they are going through, but I check every so often this page and Megan's to see if there is an update because I just can't get them off my mind and wonder how they are doing - although I'm sure I know how they are doing. LIke I said, it's selfish of me, but I can't help to wonder.
ReplyDeleteYou are in my thoughts and prayers. No one should have to go through this. Knowing he is no longer in pain will hopefully bring some comfort. -Eve
ReplyDelete@'Ssippi Scoup: Cohen went to heaven, his uncle Brian posted another update.
ReplyDeleteThe paypal tab/ donation button still works so I guess you can still donate via that.
I am truly sorry. Megan and Brent and the family is in our thoughts and prayer.
ReplyDeleteJessica, I don't know Megan or Brent. In fact, I just happened on to this blog tonight and read about sweet Cohen. My heart is just broken for this family. I have stopped reading to pray for them over and over again. I cannot imagine what they must be going through right now. Loosing a child is just unimaginable. My best friend lost her little boy and she will never be the same. Please know that God is strong enough to comfort them during this time. He is in control and I am comforted by the thought that he will wrap his arms around this couple right now. Praying for you all.
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to share that my heart is aching for Brent and Megan. They are in my prayers everyday. I can't even imagine the hurt that they have. I hope they know, and maybe find comfort, knowing that in Cohen's short time he impacted so many people, and Brent and Megan sharing their journey has also affected so many. There was and is a huge prayer movement for this family, and those prayers are sweet sounds to God.
ReplyDeleteI know the love of being a parent, and that our love for our children doesn't even compare to the love our Father holds for us. Though God is holding Cohen now, His heart is also aching for Brent and Megan.
May God continue to carry you for the rest of your days.
